This limited-edition chapbook is a creative rendering of 50 New York Times reader comments in response to the article and video ''South Carolina Officer is Charged with Murder of Walter Scott'' from April 7th, 2015. Lara chronologized these 50, out of more than 4000 comments, to construct a narrative of the murder and its aftermath.

Also included is Frederick Douglass, describing a similar tragic event nearly 200 years ago, and the first paragraphs of the New York Times article.
