The local Board of Health calls Dr. Nick's irresponsible medical procedures and ill-advised cosmetic quackery into question, but all is not as it seems, and the "good" doctor may serve a purpose in the medical establishment that few are willing to admit, unless those few decide to visit "Dr. Nick at Nite."
