The title of this zine, "Should've Stayed at the Bus Station," is a reference to Richard Linklater's Slacker and an homage to an Austin that is sadly dead and gone.

"I draw with brush pens and micron pens. I copy from The Simpsons and King of the Hill and Bob’s Burgers a lot for character drawings and stuff. I’m really interested in calligraphy and lettering. Title cards of movies, brand logos, propaganda, sheet music, things like that."
