“Usually the word pornography sets us uncomfortably on edge. I personally find that pornography is typically considered strictly sexual, and in other aspects of social life, such as politics or the media, there are always people adamant on censuring a breast or a bum for no valid reason. This often happened for classic artists like Picasso, whose painting Les Femmes D’Algers was censured by FOX who shaded the breasts, genitals and bum in his art, or Gerhard Richter’s Nude Descending a Staircase, exposed at the Centre Pompidou.” -Giacinto Di Pietrantonio

Luca Loreti (1990) has a Master degree in Visual Art from the Brera Art Academy. He lives and works in Milan. He took part in numerous solo and group exhibitions. His work is on the cover of the 42nd issue of Artribune (March-April 2018) and featured in The Colouring Book. 150 disegni di artisti contemporanei, curated by Rossella Farinotti and Gianmaria Biancuzzi, a project by Milano Art Guide, 24 Ore Cultura, 2020.
