The much anticipated second installment of the ongoing one-person anthology by Evan Hicks.

This issue features two humorous comic short stories. In the first, Sheriff Riley has an extraterrestrial encounter with a space-suit-wearing worm in the desert. They struggle to communicate but try to see eye to eye. In the second, a middling financial advisor accidentally creates the world's first perfect march madness bracket. There is only one problem - he does it on behalf of someone else.
