The Cartoon Picayune is an anthology magazine of journalistic reportage completely in the medium of comics.

Featuring two non-fiction stories. Both were reported and drawn by Editor Josh Kramer in the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire. Fly By Night, Part One follows a high school ski jumping team through their season. Bittersweets & Bittersharps is the story of Steve Wood, an apple farmer who reinvented his orchards to make hard apple cider. Rounding it off is a one-page color story on local Ice Fishing.
