This is the fourth issue of Billy's work zine, all about what it's like to work in a casino. Along with the typical stories of crazy casino characters (dude with no shoes, dude smoking weed, crazy drunk people) he has also included anonymous letters written to coworkers, as well as a review of the movie "The Wizard," a movie about little kids gambling on video games. There is also a small "how to" insert about how to play roulette.
